Job requirements
In order to become a success in this role, we believe that your profile should be aligned with the bullets listed below. However, we acknowledge that success can take many forms, so please do apply even if you don’t tick all the boxes.
You’ve definitely got solid hands-on experience building loudspeaker systems end-to-end - from signal chain simulation with DSP, crossovers, and adaptive enhancements to enclosure design, simulation, and tuning.
You hold a BSc or higher in a relevant engineering field.
It’s a plus if you bring transducer design knowledge and experience working with external manufacturing partners, especially in large-scale loudspeaker production.
Extra points if you have experience with audio electronics, electrical engineering, or power-efficient amplifier tech, along with loudspeaker failure analysis.
You’re curious and creative, always looking for new ways to raise the bar on sound and user experience.
You like taking ownership, driving things independently, and are genuinely excited about pushing the audio development of SOUNDBOKS speakers forward.
